Kensington Palace released two new photos at midnight GMT tonight of Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis. These images serve two functions – newborn photos of Louis and third birthday photos of Charlotte. The pictures, the first of which was captured on Charlotte’s actual birthday on Wednesday, were taken by the Duchess of Cambridge.
They are very similar to a photo shared back in 2015 of Prince George with a newborn Charlotte.
And on that note, where is George?? We have yet to get an photo of all three children together, so fingers crossed one is released at some point this year – perhaps the official christening photos which should be coming later this spring.
These images were embargoed with the media until midnight, however a number of newspapers wanted to use them for their front page tomorrow. Unfortunately, The Sun’s front page was posted to Twitter and so, as such, these pictures have been circulating online for a few hours now. Just some light excitement on a Saturday!

Hooray for the new pics! Louis looks quite different from the others. I wonder whose side of the family he will favor?
I know, George is such a Middleton and Charlotte a little Windsor, it’ll be interesting to see which way Louis goes. Hopefully it’ll be a bit clearer by the time we get the christening shots 🙂
