William & Kate Carry Out Coach Core Engagement

I’m keep this brief, but to catch up on today: the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge carried out an engagement in Essex on behalf of Coach Core yesterday. A part of the Royal Foundation, the initiative helps young people build a career in coaching via apprenticeship.

The two participated in various training and practice sessions, while both took their turns on the tennis court.

While William has been carrying out engagements throughout the Sussexes’ Oceania tour, Kate has been quieter. Besides propping up at the state dinner last week, she’s only carried out private engagements over the last two weeks, so I would imagine November will prove a busier month for her.

Fashion-wise, I was a fan of this all-black everything ensemble. Neither the jeans nor the turtleneck have been ID’d but the ankle boots are Aquatalia and the grey checked blazer is Smythe, both brands that have been a mainstay of Kate’s closet for years.

Unclear when we’ll next see these two out and about, but my guess is a slew of new engagements will be announced by Kensington Palace next week and there are a few anchor events coming up (Remembrance Day, etc.).

I’ll do one final post on the tour tomorrow that wraps up the last 36 hours, so keep an eye out for that, and then we’ll turn back to regularly scheduled programming (i.e. history). N.B. that there has been some news over the past couple days re: a household split in KP – more on that to come.
