The Duke and Duchess of Sussex added a touch of glitter – quite literally – to a Cirque du Soleil performance at Royal Albert Hall this evening. The show was in benefit of Sentebale, an HIV/Aids charity spearheaded by Harry on behalf of Lesotho.

The couple met with representatives from the charity and performers ahead of the show.

Meghan debuted a new blue sequined gown by Roland Mouret that was shown off by a Givenchy clutch and a bracelet first worn during the Oceania tour that once belonged to the late Princess of Wales.

Needless to say, tonight’s look was a home run and Meghan looked gorgeous. I’m not generally a big fan of head-to-toe sequins, but the dark blue and subtle styling of the entire look let the dress take center stage and nothing felt overpowering. And frankly, one should jump at any chance to engage in this much glamour. I’m all for it.

No word on the next slew of engagements, but my guess is that Meghan will maintain a pretty regular schedule for the next two months before ducking into maternity leave at the end of March or beginning of April. That’s assuming, of course, she follows the Duchess of Cambridge’s lead, but you never know!

And with that, I’ll sign off for the day. For those interested, Kensington Palace RT’d the below:
