Charles, William & Harry Make Rare Joint Appearance

As you may know by now, I love it when members of the British Royal Family pair up with family members other than their spouse for joint engagements. I particularly like it when members of the family are supporting the Queen and the Prince of Wales, both of whom carry the lion’s share of public engagements (alongside the Princess Royal, of course). And given the ongoing speculation as to just how close Charles is to his sons, particularly the Duke of Cambridge, it’s nice to see all three men out together.

On April 4, Charles, William and Harry all turned up at the Natural History Museum for the premier of Sir David Attenborough’s Netflix series “Our Planet.” Charles has long been focused on environmental and sustainability issues, a passion that he has passed along to both of his sons.

Indeed, the Clarence House Twitter account noted that Charles made his first speech on the topic in December 1968, long before it was trendy.

The black tie event also saw the three princes mingling with celebrity guests like Ellie Goulding (a friend of William and Harry’s), David Beckham, and actress Emma Mackey.
